Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2005 and with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. She has gone on to complete her level 3 certificate of Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy and is certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute to perform medical acupuncture. She is also a certified Gunn IMS (Intermuscular Stimulation) Practitioner under the Division of Sports Medicine at UBC.
Kelly has worked at several physiotherapy clinics in the lower mainland gaining experience in many orthopaedic and sports injuries. She has worked with clients of all ages including children when she worked at Vancouver Children’s Hospital.
Kelly is a strong believer in individualizing her treatments, working alongside her patients to attain their personal goals, and to help them lead healthy lives.
Kelly was a member of the Arts Umbrella Dance Company for 10 years then went on to dance at the University of Western Ontario and with the Vancouver Grizzlies Dance Team. When not working, Kelly lives an active lifestyle which includes running, cycling, yoga, strength training, and keeping up with her 3 kids.
