Lindsay graduated in 2009 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She spent the next 2 years investigating running injuries and working as a personal trainer before completing her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of British Columbia. Lindsay has completed advanced education in manual and manipulative therapy, dry needling, and is also certified in Acupuncture.
Lindsay’s personal struggles with sporting injuries from a young age led her to be passionate about injury treatment and prevention and she is devoted to helping individual’s lead healthy, pain-free lives.
She incorporates manual therapy, exercise prescription, and client education to develop optimal treatment strategies for a wide range of clients. She believes in providing focused, individualized treatment that empowers the client to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay plays beach volleyball, competing at the top local level. She also enjoys conquering the Grouse grind and takes every chance she gets to explore the beautiful mountain hikes that BC has to offer.
