The start of a new year is always exciting. A fresh start, a new look, and potentially new opportunities. It is of course easy to let these things slide as the year passes. To stop this often inevitable slide we are setting out a new course for our clinics.
We currently sit at two clinics, but expansion plans are definitely in the works and it might actually be happening a lot sooner than you all think. We are growing from a small, immature business into one that can offer its team and the community even more.
Our vision is to maximize the potential of the entire team. In 2017 we are implementing structures to ensure we meet our dreams and our potential.
1. Continued development of our onboarding process, mentorship program, and community initiatives.
2. Expansion of weekly and monthly meetings. These include small group, large group, and even off site meetings.
3. A dedicated off site space for innovation, creativity, and collaborations.
4. 1 on 1 check ins that ensure our team members reach their personal and professional goals, and feel aligned with our company values.
5. A shift in how we reward our team. We work closely as a team, and we want the intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to reflect this part of our culture.
6. The time and space to allow people to think clearly and creatively. No hurry, no rush = great results.
At the end of the day, we put in all of this work to make sure you get the best possible experience in our clinics, and you get better faster.
